Phase 1 – Campaign Preparation
During the first week of any campaign we complete a number of tasks that are essential to the future long term success of your campaign. We complete:
- Campaign briefing and knowledge transfer
- All the data cleansing
- The creation of your salesforce CRM integrating OneSource and reporting
- The importation of all your data
- All the scripting and documentation to support your campaign
- Establish basic LinkedIn social media connections with your sales and marketing team and current clients
- Create email marketing account incorporating your branding
These activities are essential as they allow us to prepare for your campaign using state of the art software to control and report on your campaign and to ensure your consultant has the correct knowledge to take your message and product to market.
Phase 2 – Initial Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Email Marketing and Social Media
In weeks 2 to 5 we start contacting your target prospects through telemarketing and email marketing with the view of arranging qualified sales appointments and identifying future sales leads. Each time we make contact with a prospect we are also looking to establish any existing social media links with our integration of LinkedIn into your salesforce CRM. Typically, we expect to deliver your first qualified sales appointment in the 3rd week of the campaign.
Every appointment that we arrange will be accompanied by:
- Details of location, contact details and attendees
- A written narrative to the meeting
- A company profile
- Any existing Social Media links between yourselves and the prospect
During this time we are constantly testing your marketing message with the prospects and reporting back to you how they react. This provides us the opportunity to work with you to make small changes to the message and scripting so that we are maximising our effectiveness.
Finally, results from the email marketing campaign and social media can start to be integrated into the telemarketing process. The consultants will start to prioritise the order calls are being placed, taking advantage from visible connections within your social network and adjusting conversations to match the results from opened emails and the links used.
Phase 3 – Continued Appointment Setting and Lead Generation
We would typically expect you to attend your first sales meeting 5 weeks after the commencement of the campaign. From this point we are able to work with you to understand which characteristics and circumstances result in positive sales meetings. We then incorporate this into our scripting along with intelligence being gained from the email marketing and social media campaigns. This increases the frequency of highly successful sales appointments and reduces the chances of a disappointing sales meeting.
