- How long does it take to get started? You can open your account right away, Press here, and if we design your brand stationery for you, that's usually ready within a few days. Are you in a hurry and want to get started right away? No worries - just let us know when you inquire.
- How much does it cost to set up? As little as £250 to start (less if you create your own html designs) and then £30 a month. See the full pricing.
- Can I take a tour and test drive first? But of course!
- Will I need lots of technical know-how? No.
- Will I need to be skilled in the ways of graphic design? No.
- Will my IT staff have to be involved? No.
- Will I need a website? It helps, but you don't need a website.
- What if I'm a Mac person? So are many of us, and we've designed the solution to work on both Macs and PCs.
- What if I want to design my own stuff with html? Great. We'll give you a blank design slate, a bit of advice on designing for email, and set you free.
- What will I need? A computer, an Internet connection, and either Internet Explorer or Firefox's (free) Mozilla browser.
